The high quality vacuum sealed dual coil relays , per cylinder, operated various engines at a lowered 700 rpm of idling engines back 2005-2013. There was no cycling of 6 sets relay contacts as a vibrator. There were 3 possible flows of voltage/current "paths" through relay depending on certain click position of internal pivoting armature. This tech data was from the now shut down web forum. The latching type relay would initially be one position. If engine not start, a retest is done for other position. About 38v half wave DC 6-7 amps passes through 2 inductors, ALONG WITH high volts passing through OPEN contacts as the necessary accessory spark gap, then 2nd inductor, and series diodes to output. When spark plug fired, the accessory current follows through. Small Hydrogen Gas and WATER VAPOR PRESSURE operates engine at greatly retarded timing.  A return necessary special line to power supply ground is made for each of 1-8 spark plugs grounds as soldered wire to thin copper washer under plugs. AI computer agreed about the idea that inductor L - series diode - Inductor L -diode output may provide a much higher- superimposed minimum 100v back EMF over the 38v. The 4 techs back then believed that 100v and 6-7 amps were necessary to run engine on water in the carb, to compensate for the electrolysis of tiny small electrodes of spark plugs. Back EMF (each coil)  E = L Henries X I / dt    Dt = spark fast pulse time as also extended by inductance included to .029second. Inductors inside relay as each about .0015 Henry , .7ohm.
