The late Dr. Flanagan had several alternate energy devices/ systems, including the space ion drive invention  that was purchased by US government. I was mostly interested in the communication system using the ETHER and line of sight type. The Neurophone changed audio picked up by microphone to RF that the brain picks up directly, so as the ears are bypassed. There were several different models. Patents were applied but quantity production not done because government  officials said it enhanced ESP abilities and the general public should not have these, and should continue being deaf.

Such devices are made by skillful people themselves, both through contact method (electrodes) and through capacitive coil. Low-power, 5 volt power supply is enough. There are already specialists who encode by frequency modulation therapeutic programs and medicines. I made such devices myself. The result in some cases is amazing, there are times when it does not work.

Also the scheme of the simplest device for bioresonance vortex medicine. The transmitter is a bifilar tesla coil with an inner diameter of 25-30 mm. It is connected in capacitance mode: one wire on the outside, the other on the inside. Important!!! That the natural frequency of the bifilar coil was within 300-350 kHz. The question is, why three variable resistors, three adjustments ?
What do they give? What do they change ? As usual enough one,
