Please show me one video showing a mini car no mater how heavy or light it is moving forward on a treadmill with the front wheels power the back wheels to push it forward.
The wind thrust is totally different  then you think. It still takes power to rotate the propeller and you would need enough weight on the front axle to power it.

I will be waiting on a video where a mini car moves forward while get the power from the tread mill moving in opposite direction....
