Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

The way you've drawn it, two weights are on the rod that has the fulcrum on it, with the third off the side, directly across the fulcrum? The blue off the side would just be hanging down unless one of the other weights is much higher. Sure it will all dangle around happily.
What's the point of it though, what would make it "valid" for you? Never ceasing to move and even press through external resistance to keep moving?
I suspect it will simply find an equilibrium with the lowest possible centre of mass from which any and all movement will require a lifting of that COM.
