Hello to All Members and Guests,

It is very sad to write this Topic for all of you, about the actual health condition and status of our friend and creator of the Original Overunity Forum, he started since 1997...
Yesterday I received an email from him:

As you ALL read on above email from Stefan, not only his health is in a critical point, but also his status to be able to afford a bed in a Hospital to be treated is beyond alarming and chaotic.

Stefan has been having a downhill economic situation, since his health started to decay, related to the stroke that he suffered last year (2023) and it has caused some increasing neurological symptoms, developing as hefty vertigo and lately on a dementia on its early stages.

Stefan tried to sell his Forum at the fall of 2023, and He open a specific Topic that all can read at:

Unfortunately, no one step in with a serious offer and it did not take place...

Then Stefan had no recourse than to set the entire site on 'Read Only Mode', since He could no longer afford to keep the maintenance of the Forum Servers as FTP Directories and MySQL Databases.

He had the site on read only for a long period of time...but his income had then dropped even more as his health condition kept worsening, then he tried another way, to open a Telegram Group and redirecting the Forum Domain to it, hoping that many followers would be interested on subscribing as new users on that group...

But He only got like 300 and some members...and on this type of Social Network, you need over 1000 members to start an approval for adds that would bring some income...not much really.

So, it did not work either...
