Hey Grumpy:
About that urethane sealer idea.... the stuff 3-m sells to hold yer windshield in yer ride, hard setting urethane, might be an answer to the side seals of these cells.   Gotta buy the primer, but just clamp yer plates together with the appropriate spacers (to be pulled out after it sets) spread out a patch 3/8" thick, and set it in edgewise.  Set a non-conducting spacer in the glue so it don't get too thin at the edge.   I'll try this next week and post pics and cook test results.

Well, I received my plates last week but havent had a chance to mess with them. My wife had our first baby girl last Monday. She was 7.3lbs. Everything is going great. We named her Maggie Grace.


I'll be keeping track of you guys so keep pressing forward and I will play catch up as soon as I can.

Mark, Maybe I'm being too critical but You and the wife just had your "First baby Girl"... so you intend on having just girls? (just kidding, as a dad of a 5yr old daughter & 6yr old Son)Girls are alot tougher than boys in my op.(you can't figure out what they want when they're 6months old either)
