yup electrons following the lines of flux. DC runs outside the wire,  AC runs inside the wire. he is using DC.
As far as reversal goes the electrons are getting caught up in the magnets field.

This has been used for years as a containment field. I will also be talking about using magnetics to restrict amps with out heat build up like you would get in a resistor. Also getting in to building and dumping a magnetic field to store and dump electrons. This is all part of the pulsing  and electron delivery system.

Magnetic field lines flow from North to South...at first he had the wires from the battery hooked up to the north side of the magnets, this will allow the electrons to flow with the field lines. When he turned the magnets around the electrons where slamming into the south poles of the magnetic field and being shot out at right angles.

Man, you are my saving grace.. I've got a bench top mini milling machine that has a pwm motor speed controller with a variable pot speed control on it already... I didn't even think of that!! I know what I'm disecting tonight!! Cool part is that there's a built in current limiting circuit that shuts it down when she draws too much amperage...

For the record I did not tell anyone to take the house,car and mill apart to see if
that particular part will work in your cell.

That's only my lil mill, plus the trans kept blowing gears... Metal + Nylon = breaks many times....
