Seal the pos end plates?  Makes sense.  Tell ya what... I'll break in the next cell with 'em open, quantify gas output for unit power, then seal ends and run it again, same power and measure gas... that oughta put a face on just how much loss we had.

ya want me to send ya a couple extra sets of plates and a tube of that urethane?  I got plenty and might save y'all the mess of cutting the old apart... lemme know

This post is for almost everyone not just the few on this page.
All you have to do is pull out the positive plates and coat the back of them with GOOP  or urethane  its the same thing GOOP is just clear and you can buy it at walmart ,homedepot,or a drugstore for that matter.. Anyway  this is why I designed the cell the way I did on page 14   but this does not seem to be going very well. Slotting is not that hard to do ,a simple saw blade would  work.but...

I am getting so much hate mail because I  have not gone into electronics yet . When maybe 5%  have built the cell right . You need to have good outcome  with straight DC first. Buzzing the cell is not going to cause a massive outpour of gas if you have next to nothing to start with.


Thank you  for your attempts , Maybe you guys will come up with something better than pg 14 specs in the long run.
This is the simplest I can offer. Others are far more complex and un-doable from what  have seen as far as builds go here.
