I think its a myth   Ive seen the videos on Google of someone putting jumper cables on a balloon and the contents burned like alcohal, But that is probably what it was. Maybe they drank a good bit of the stuff before makeing and posting the videos.

As you can store CO2 in water and also air inside water,
you can also store H2 or oxyhydrogen in water.
This is the process Steve Ryan from biosfuel.com
uses to drive his motor bike.

Also the Byron New energy people seem to store hydrogen or
oxyhydrogen in water and thus water can burn, when the
water is put into a vaccum and the gasses come out again.
As they put this water into a ballon, so compress it and then
light the ballon, the sudden pressure decrease lets the stored H2
gas out of the water and thus it burns the H2 from the surface.

I wonder, why they do this with the carbattery jumper cables...
it probably is not related to it...

my understanding of this is there 3 gasses orgon browns and 1 more that causes things to levetate i dont think it is named yet no way to mesure it in a joe cell you put negitivly charged water and then you put a small voltage in it and it produces thease 3 gasses wich go to the carb of engine and are burnt also the water is non toxic

the brewing is only to activate it when you make it active there is brown sum that comes off of it and it bubbles as such the only reason you brew it is so you keep the scum out of the joe cell so it does not get pluged

i beleave it is a gasses inductor form every where as is steven marks tpu it is an electrical inductor

just some more thoughts
