Just who are you anyways. You don't have a working unit, your still stuck thinking it is a resonate deivce when it is not. At least I am trying to help, all you do is try to decourage, most likely your with the MIB. And I only have one on this site and that's h20power.

"Tripled", I don't really like your attitude , but will answer the question about the red laser anyway. I answer this question for everyone involved to understand .

When Hydrogen and Oxygen are pulled from there electron bond . The electrons will scatter ,then they will try to re-attach (Order). This means that Hydrogen and the Oxygen will try to bond back to the water state once out of the positive and negative electric field. Free negative electrons will recombined the structure.

So if we "lase" the area with the correct electromagnetic spectrum, 650 nm - 750 nm ,bombarding the electrons with photons to bring them to a higher state. Which weakens the attraction. We can absorb these now higher state electrons into an electric apparatus or circuit maintaining our 2H2 O2 separation.

The question was why a "RED LASER" is specified, and what's the principle involved with the "RED" laser.
