It depends a great deal on how you interpret the image.  The shadows at the right end could be caused simply be the rock being taller at that end and casting a shadow.  It doesn't appear to me to be off the ground at all.  Nor does it appear to have a nose section.

However, if it is off the ground I don't see any reason why that would make it unnatural.  Possible ways this could happen include:
   It is part of an asteroid that has impacted on the surface and ended up in that position.

   It may be harder than the surrounding moon surface and has remained whilst the surrounding matter has been blown away by nearby meteorite impacts.

please go to the NASA site again, and look at the stereo image .. (a second shot at a slightly different angle .. ) http://www.lpi.usra.edu/resources/apollo/frame/?AS15-P-9625 and http://www.lpi.usra.edu/resources/apollo/frame/?AS15-P-9630 .. it will help you get a more accurate 3d representation of how it is oriented to its surroundings. (i really do wish i had higher res images, but we don't .. I am sure NASA has them somewhere)

any asteroid hitting the moon would have been pulverized, creating a crater .. no "chunks" would have been left. This is due to the speed, and direction of the collision (at such speeds, the impact would have changed the rock from solid to molten). If you would like to prove that the moon can have such sharp nose cliff structures naturally, one would be able to find more feature like this in abundance on the moon ... please show any other image from NASA that shows other places on the moon like that.

I disagree that there needs to be more than one of something to prove it is natural.  I don't know of  anything similar to Uluru or Niagra Falls or the Grand Canyon, that doesn't negate their natural origins.

It would seem that I'm the only one that thinks it's just a big rock.  I'd love to know exactly what everyone else thinks it is and what has lead you to that conclusion.  Secret government project?  Alien technology?

we are talking whether there can exist such a natural structure on an environmentally desolate body/moon in space .. we are NOT debating the MAGNITUDE of that natural structure (Earth's largest canyon or mountain etc .. there are hundreds of canyons on earth buddy!!! and thousands of mountains, and thousands of waterfalls) .. on earth we can see millions of examples of water, wind and other elemental erosion processes via satellite imagery.

if it is NATURAL, there will DEFINITELY be MORE such features!!! this is indeed scientifically proven and does not require debate. (just ask any geologist) .. of course the features wont be EXACTLY the same,  duhh... But, it will represent the PROCESS of the erosion very well.

i guess some people still think the world is flat because they personally haven't gone to space to see the earth as a whole.

I am not complaining, i am just saying that people need to have an open mind.

just look at the images of the Face on Mars for example ..  JPL and NASA labs PROCESSED the images they got and CHANGED the dimensional aspects of it (thus intentionally distorting the image to make it look as if the face was simply a badly deformed hill).. but when independent scientists used the RAW data and did conservative processing without much alterations .. they got a MUCH truer image, that DOES show a real face on mars.

also how do u explain all the images that show INTENTIONAL airbrushing by NASA labs.

At this point, the evidence far outweighs NASA's ridiculous claims of being honest to the international public.

it is an even bigger fact that the USA government is almost NEVER honest about anything. (all in the retarded name of national security)
