If you are to have any chance think air pressure, but hat would be defeating the purpose.

There are several water ideas that would be easier to work with but they don't work aether. I did a fluid design and it looked wonderfully and I was sure it would work, until I figured out fluid displacement. and I found some similar ones one the internet that people have done and found the same problem. Fluid is only good if it is under pressure, and then again that seem to be the problem again. Where do we get that pressure? hydraulics's? Whats going to supply the power? and outside pump? again the problem.

Sorry but I think you are on a dead end street.

This is a old idea that keeps re-surfacing all the time. There have been many variations of it, some patented, none of which work. There is another thread here at the moment along the same lines: http://www.overunity.com/index.php/topic,3988.0/topicseen.html

My advice here, as it was on the other thread, is that you should read up on hydraulics before designing machines that rely on it.

Yes.  I've seen this idea floated a number of times.  It always gets sunk, but somehow, it periodically rises to the surface

Well maybe it is the idea that is perpetual, because it does seem to resurface allot.  LOL
