Where or how to "make" energy out of "nothing".

Does everyone know the difference between matter and black matter? Science says that black matter is the opposite of matter, so my theory is anyway this:

Matter is, as we know it, a state of energy. This energy must have some kind of potential, + or -, over or under a horizontal "0" line (Which represents "nothing whatsoever"). To have an energy potential at +10, there must be an opposite potential like -10 to balance the total energy to zero ("0").
So energy does not, and cannot, come from nothing, but it comes to live due to a second state which is the exact opposite: An opposite energy. Two energy, or states of matter, which is separately out of balance, but in sum, or mixed together, equals "0".

So far, as far I can see, any tries to make an OU machine, one have tried to generate energy which is more than the opposite energy. Which in turn means that one have tried to make energy out of nothing.

I think that the key to make energy is in other words done by making the exact opposite energy at the same time. The sum of those energies is therefor always "0", and will not provide work at all. Or does it?

How is it then possible to make a machine that works forever if the sum of all energies is always "0"?

Let's try to understand what energy actually is. Where did it came from in the first place? And how did the two opposite energy states appear? And what part of the energy states is the energy as we know it? Where can we find the opposite energy to cancel out the energy as we know it? Is it then possible to create or destroy energy?

It's time for brain storming Any idea of a machine that can destroy or create energy is mostly welcome!
