hmmmmm yes, a golden oldie from Bearden...

too bad it does not clearly state that this should theoretically generate an increased Poynting "S"-flow, which is theoreticlly an energy flow but cannot be practically tapped directly...

It will not charge the capacitor faster, nor will it generate any form of output that can be intercepted using a coil or directly...
