2 toroids are OK but they can have the same diameters. What AC frequencies want you to use?

I think Otto that the frequency are about 50 htz, the device works like a transformer.
But the wo toroids will have different radius, this difference in radius its important that create the diffrence in the gradient pressure of the aether fields enable to harness his energy.
I think that anulating Back EMF by coils in the form of UUUUU and producing scalar waves with this configuration of the coils are the key of producing excess energy : what do you think about this? I have wrong?

scalar energy is created, when you cancel out 2 same magnetic polarities.

such as forcing the negative poles of 2 magnets together.


or have 2 wires with the same polarity conflict, like this:
