Who is the last then? And I've got trust to my eyes, not your words...
Anybody else has a saw blade?
However it is such bull shit, that I cannot waste time on it.
See you...

Greg

Hi Light

I am having a little trouble with your 1/16x1"x1' part wood saw used as a scraper. I don't think I have seen a saw blade one inch wide and a foot long. Also what size magnet did you use to test this? Must have been pretty small. I am new here. I am only here to exchange ideas to help when I can and get help when I need it.

As a saw blade is magnetic effective as every hard or silicon steel, its not a quite good shield. Surely it takes magnetic flux, but not absorbing it...

Hi Ooandioo

Yes I came upon this about twenty years ago. I was looking for something rusty to see if it made a difference. oddly I don't think I got that far. what I found is both N and S are attracted to the blade in line. and S and S & N and N are attracted in line to the blade. So when the blade is in the middle they attract and when the blade is not in the middle they repeal. Then I took a NS magnetic SN-NS-SN. Alternating the blade first N/N and then S/S I never did any test to see what kind of force it produced.

Greg

Yes this is my baby to. put a bar magnetic in the middle a bar magnetic on either side     SN-NS-SN put the shield  first one side then the other. you have a OU pump hydraulic motor if you will use the pump for it.

Shielding is maybe not the right word, it's more like canceling out.
Made a picture:

Now, when A and B are magnet and C is a piece of iron, you'll see that when you place a piece of iron next to a magnet the iron is magnetized in such a way that it's attracted to the magnet. If you place piece of iron of the right thickness and the right distance to the magnets between 2 repelling magnets the forces cancel eachother out by working against eachother (they're still there). If you take a piece of metal that's to thick you can stick the two magnets on the surface and they hold, if the iron is to thin the magnets repell eachother through the metal.
So there you have it, it's a balancing act.

This is how i observed the effect, if someone else has different experiences please speak.
