   This document is not authentic. One of the biggest give aways is how he describes a "strong" ether. If you check the Dynamic Theory of Gravity pdf where Tesla's ether concept is described, you will see what I mean. Tesla's ether concept is often misinterpreted, and this is where the errors are.
