Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Electrolysis Performance Measurements

I have followed this technology starting with "Browns Gas" for several years off and on. It seems to me that as a whole we need a basic set of design and performance measurements. As most to not have a Mass Spectrometer lets keep it simple. I will throw out a few ideas to start with.

Device information:
A)
1 ) Number of cells in devce, a cell being a Anode and Cathode with water between them.
2 ) Active (exposed to other electrode) surface area of Anode and Cathode per cell.
3 ) How much of possible active area of electrodes is covered by water (Working Surface Area)
4 ) Total active electrode area.
5 ) Material of Anode and Cathode, source of such if possible.
6 ) Shape of Anode and Cathode, Tube, et.
7 ) Surface shape of active electrodes, sanded, holes, dimples et.
8 ) Are cells in parallel or serial ?
9 ) If serial is water in each cell isolated from other cells, i.e. Is there current flow paths around cells.
10 ) Voltage drop across each cell, total voltage drop across unit. Current across unit, total watts of power used
11 ) If any kind of powering device (Complex) i.e. PWM et is used besides raw DC total Current and voltage at input of powering device, total watts of power used
12 ) If complex powering device is used, Manufacturer and model number , or Schematic and parts list. Wave forms across cells if possible.
13 ) Cells water starting temperature, working stable temperature when gas flow is measured.
14 ) Mill Liters per minute, without back pressure.
15 ) Mill Liters per minute, with back pressure, what back pressure

B) Water
1 ) Please only distilled water, as any other has many unknown quantities.
2 ) Electrolyte or electrolytes and their source.
3 ) Electrolyte concentration in cell.

Note I feel in external powered units for ICEs "Internal Combustion Engines" no Electrolyte should be used.

I am sure there are more basic measurements, but this is a start. It is hard to judge statements like, cell puts out good gas amount or pictures on YouTube.

With this we could then start on ICE performance measurements.

On the ICE electrolyte, IronHead sez that KOH is the preferred, over NaOH.

Apparently KOH will be extracted by bubbler water whilst NaOH may stay in vapor form and enter combustion process.

I cain't quantify or confirm that, jes passing it along.

I agree with the spec guidelines.  Let's compare apples to apples, not apple to possum...
