To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. @IST . I need a TPU that works and Produces Wide area EMF pulses . I want to Test it and see if i can Disable any electronics device .I'm Close in that i have made a Disrupter but it needs more power to destroy the circuit in them but it runs nicely on 1 volt .I need it Compact and portable . I'll help with the Osc's if you know how to tun that TPU you Build .

Money is the key to root all dreams if we were to share a common unity among us ! I offer a common unity ownership contract to power the global grid ! As the technology I have mine in fact I have 9 free energy systems all running government funded and all ready to go... The problem is the sharing to many want to go it there way or alone this brakes up any common ownership and than the fear that someone else will  copy it hahaha

Men are like a pack of dogs throw in the bone and its a fight to the death hahaha We need not free energy we need a way to own a future that will own nothing more than our dreams. Why stop at free energy I am building my stem cell grow bank hahahah My wish is that the bull shit stops here !

I like that one in fear we fall hahahah common ownership and a centre of excellence where we can build everything regenerate our bodies build space ships and go play with ufos ...
