I really want to see one where the ufo is hit. That would be interesting. It would also make me feel better that we would be dealing with mortal creatures that are not invincible.

Throughout earth's history, anytime a more advanced civilization met a less advanced civilization, the less advanced civilization was enslaved or destroyed. I think we need to always keep this in mind. Just because the "extraterrestrials" are supposedly more advanced than us technologically doesn't mean they have good intentions. I believe threats of conflict have spirred advancements in technology for humans, and it has actually helped us to better survive future hardships.

I personally don't believe in "extraterrestrials". I think all the so called UFOs are just advanced air/space craft that we humans have developed and still not revealed to the general public. However, if and when I am proven wrong it is better that we use all our knowledge and research to promote the idea of self-defense and protection of our planet. Our ability to adapt and use science to better defend ourselves has been the norm of our existance; and deception has always been the norm of enemies. Try and act like your friend, then stab you in the back. This is the general trend of our universe.

If we were more successful (as you say) in the 60s and 70s in shooting down UFOs, then it just means they have advanced beyond our present weapons of attack. It is now our turn to overcome their defense. If they are real and have really abducted humans, then we know they have no sense of our right to ourselves; our right to not be abducted and abused and studied like laboratory rats. Therefore, based off their previous behavior, they ARE a threat to you and me and our families. Looking at it from this point of view, they need to know that if they come here we are not just pushovers.

Walk softly and carry a big stick! Not only do you get an enemy's respect, but it is always easier to negotiate from a position of strength.

We were successful in taking down UFO's by way of radar testing.  People who worked in the military have come forth and said that early radar testing brought down UFO's which is what happened at Roswell.  As far as trying to shoot down a UFO intentionally, thats has to be the stupidest thing we could do.  Even Albert Einstein was asked by a president if we should try and shoot them down.  Einstein basically said, you would have to be a complete moron to try a shoot a UFO.  Given that they can traverse the distance between planets, solar systems, or even galaxies, they could squash us like a bug with little or no effort..  You might even want to research the "battle of LA", where military shot at a UFO for hours, in which video was taken, along with images being on the front headlines of daily newspapers.  Trying to shoot down a UFO is like a caveman throwing rocks at a tank, it just won't work.

I agree with what you say about being treated like a lab rat, but don't humans do the same thing to animals of lesser intelligence?  We honestly can't be critical of them, as we do the same thing, probably worse.

In response to they're probably military and not extraterrestrial, let it be known that UFO's have been seen since the dawn of time, and in my opinion were here before we existed, and could possibly be our creators.  UFOs are in ancient paintings, cave paintings, drawings, and even coins. 

In response to the video, I actually think that might be an ice crystal deflected by the adjusters, but who knows with resolution like that.  I however believe that there is plenty of footage of UFO activity caught within NASA footage.  The tether incident proved it to me, and also the one where they can't find mir because to many UFOs are in the vicinity of it.  Even the NASA employee mistook a UFO for mir.  NASA has a whole operation going on up there to study this, and are jumping handsprings to cover it all up.  Fortunately, they screw up sometimes, and let some evidence slip through the cracks.

Why not be right we made it all, do you realize the government spends 50 times the money for research than the civilian world does. Scientists said they would be creating life from scratch in 3 years. In the last 6 decades at 50 times the reseach they should be 3000 years ahead of us. Let's say it's not that fruitful and concede 2500 years ahead. But, it must be much more than that because they rob and kill inventers.

Why do you think no one has ever found the treasure of Edward Leedskalnin? They scarfed up Teslas work. Why isn't Stanley Meyers invention made public. They have a long history of this so lets say 4000 years ahead of us. That's including all the college and university research time they bask in, maga hours for free.

So, they should have intersteller flight, synthetic lifeforms, nanotechnology you couldn't begin to recognize, and physics and other foundations of science that don't even exist in the civilian world. In the meantime they control the curriculum of all schooling and monitor all inventions through the patent office.
They can sieze anything because it constitutes a breach of national security. Any violation of scientific principal they were careful to filter from your education will be filtered at the patent office.

It's not that much of a stretch of imagination they want to weaponize space and what better way than to create an enemy. The main purpose to fight over the number of the civilians under their control and to control the civilians by force. It wouldn't do for the rich to have someone show up with tons of gold or any other mineral found somewere in the Solar System now would it?

I'll spell it out, we could have made the sausers, the blues, the grays, the locus race, the whole 9 yards. It could all be a scam to keep us too busy to question what the government might really be doing in space and to busy to figure out how to conquer space ourselves. After all space is only 5 to 10 miles away depending on where you live on this planet and if you throw out the horror stories of the cost, danger, and the need of incredibly high tech gadgets to get there you might do well for yourself. Keep in mind the Space Shuttle was so fragile when it was new that you couldn't land it in a rain storm and it should legally have to have an antique plate on the back of it now and they are still using it.

the us military (top secret part) couldnt have made it all ; UFOs have been witnessed for thousands of years (not just in the past 60 years).

the most logical approach is that the military has back engineered most of this technology (and are still in the process of further refinement).
