Everything's doomed to failure in the end (and guess why - the only aspect shared among all of them is money). I have my hopes on free energy coupled with the "net" society as it requires no money: if your arse is bad, your arse will be looking bad, no money will help you to make it look good, and thus nobody will want to deal with you: you are a failure, NOT a society is a failure.
