Hi everyone I have had a look at this before Hans brought it up here.

The guy sort of explains it in his YouTube channel introduction

As for the ring covered in black PVC tape... it must be permanent magnets with similar poles facing in.

These would keep the spinning magnet equally attracted and repulsed in the centre of the ring. He proves this in the video showing his hands  holding two extra magnets inside the ring while slowing squeezing it to one side

electrognet coil, makes the disk magnet reverse poles (spin) at about the same frequency its operating at

I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.

 I have seen all these videos and there is definitely something behind the board. I seen a wire and a object from some of the videos but I can make out what it is. I would bet it is some sort of pulse motor which could be another advantage of a pulse motor. I think that concept could be used to capture and store energy along with the other ways a pulse motor offers.

          GO RIP THE PAPER CONE OFF YOUR SPEAKER< HOOK IT TO A SIGNAL GENERATOR< PLACE A DISK MAGNET ON A FLAT SURFACE AND TURN IT ON> THEN ADJUST THE FREQUENCY UNTIL THE MAGNET SPINS !!!!!!!

sm0ky2, I don't have a signal generator to test that but it does sound interesting and it also makes me wonder if it could be used to capture and store more energy that it requires to spin the magnet.

Do you know of any testing done on that? If so, could you post a link to one for me and others to read about?

I must have missed what you were trying to say before but you do have my attention now.
