Oh yeah "alki" is doing some really nice work in basic electrolysis and having fun. You guys with youtube account give him some rates. He loves the rates.But few give them ,  I think he deserves good ones.

Well you guys have fun here I said all I needed to say. I will check back in sometime.
Any of you guy want to really get evolved  put some of your work up on youtube it is a great way

Hi all,

does someone remember a chinese or korean patent in which water splitting by encapsulated electrodes at HV is described?
Basic configuration: two electrodes forming a cavity; electrodes are fully covered with an insulator; HV pulse(?) is applied; water splitting in the whole cavity takes place at once. I don't remember if the dielectric insulator materials have high epsilons or not. The complete calculation regarding the fieldstrength in the gap is includet.
If somebody remember this patent please let me know via private mail through this forum.
