Does anyone know of a methodology or a program that can quickly archive an entire thread on any of the forums here?   Sometimes I think it would be a good idea to capture some of the information presented here but I havent found a quick easy way to do it.

one quick way is to use the print icon which will format the whole thread, then select all, then copy, then paste into a text document. done.

Thanks Tak!  Very helpful.  I appreciate the help.  That method omits any embedded images but I will definately use it until I can find something that will also capture all the images in the thread (and ideally even in the embedded attachments).

Ariochdm,

try to save the page of this topic
as archiving-individual-threads.htm file at your local computer
and then upload it to the web server.

At the moment you do not feel any danger for you in this action.
Do you ?
