A tumbling magnet generator

Hi

I arranged this kind of generator, one magnet is outside of a coil, another magnet is inside the coil. then move one (outside), the magnet inside the coil will flip to generat electricity.  I made it light up bicycle lights (No-friction bicycle dynamo).

1. how to make this generator not only light LEDs, but to charge  a battery?
