Cool design Dallas, I was thinking of building a smacks booster for my car but I like your design more. But I was wondering how did you connect your cups to the power, meaning are only some actually connected and the others are insulated with plastic spacers or something, and what cups  are grounded and what ones are power and where are the connections. Hope this makes sense.

Every other cup is the same polarity.  Making the number of cups more one charge than the other will get you either more hydrogen or more Oxygen. 

I revised the design and cut small 1/2 lengths of 316L tubing I had laying around here and used them instead of the Teflon spacers.  So the entire electrode minus the washers is SS.  You can see the updated 9 level monster here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yH4tKZazIQ

Let me tell you, when this thing starts up, it really moves the electrolyte.  It makes a vertical jet stream of bubbles and sounds like a bunch of Alka-Seltzer in a glass.  Im going to do more test on it today, but just an estimate Its producing 2.5 Liters a minute from the 12v (actually 10V needs to be recharged)

It weighs about 5 pounds and is very sturdy.  Im selling it and 5level TwisterHHO electrodes on my site now.

NorthEast?  I grew up in Philadelphia, moved to Texas when I was 19 after illustrating two best sellers on the JFK Assassination (High Treason, and The Killing of a President) High treason was used by Oliver Stone to make the movie.  So I spent a lot of time here in Dallas, and just decided to move here. 

I miss the cold winters and SNOW.  Man, I can smell the White Castle from here. 

Anyway, home heating unit.  Honestly the way this electrode is performing (still waiting for the 200a ammeter to arrive) we have estimated its efficiency in the 90% range.  Unbelievable, but until the ammeter get here I can give absolute data.  But just by observation Im confident in its ability.

So to answer your question yes, I would just stack say 20 in a column.  The other thing Im working with is taking the volts up to 48.  Ill spend some time today killing a few brain cells trying to fugure out a solution to the heating problem.
