Actually, your unconventional and exotic design looks very efficient.

Few questions please:
How many amps are your consuming?
There is no electronics (and not yet a spinning turbine) in your device?
Where did you get your stainless steel cups from? Camping gear?

The cups are 4 for $1 at Walmart. (hard to find, next to the kitchen strainers bottom shelf)  They are a real drill bit killer.  I had to make a jig out of wood so I could hold them for drilling.  Every position and clamp I tried would bend them.  Ended up turning them upside down, then put a board with a hole cut in it over the cup that slid down to the rim.  Then I stood on the sides of the board and drilled down.)  Im sure theres someone out there with a better way of doing it.  Dont try to hold them, they will bind up and hurt you   The other difficult thing is getting all the holes in the exact same location on all the cups.  They wont stack straight otherwise.

The rest of the unit minus the plastic came from Home Depot. (stainless nuts, washers, threaded rod, plastic spacers, plastic washers, and RTV).  No electronics other than the car battery disconnect switch.   Ive been testing different materials for possible electrodes for many years now.  These cups with the rounded lip produce more gas than anything Ive seen.  You can add more cups to increase the resistance and gas production. 

The battery is a Exide Technologies 12v motorcycle battery YB12A-A rated at 12ah.  My multimeter has a 10amp limit so I cant give you exact numbers on the amps.  Just for a estimate Ill visit homedepot tomorrow and pick up some fuses to throw in line.

I have hooked it up to a hacked 400watt computer power supply.  Just google "hacked computer power supply" for the instructions.  The 5V put out 40amps and the 12v 20amps.  Testing the unit on each produced about the same as Im getting with the battery.

BALLS Some how I missed your video  100watts is producing all that?     have you /is there a formula to calculate BTU  per litre hydroxy gas  I see a furnace/water heater  here  Chet
