you say that akula shows nothing interesting ? yet he build a working Hendershot device... it was real or not?
Lester device was some sort of earth magnetic field NMR so signal should change when device is positioned with respect to the earth magnetic field poles...

Here are simple things I used to spot a fake:

Tablecloths - Why is there a table cloth at all? The Akula Hendershot device is mounted on a plywood board. There is no need for a tablecloth for insulation. Why does the tablecloth hang far over tabletop? To hide something under the table.

3:30 - White wire at back running under mounting board
3:46 - Batteries to left where unexplained wires are located are below the level of the tabletop
