yeah i have a deep cycle marine optima that i hook the charger up to at the same time, and an auxillary can be separate on pos. and neg. wing nut terminals. i would not have any of the plates touching because then the current can go right threw to the next plate instead of traveling threw the water via the electrolyte, making hydrogen. as far as the stainless see if you can find the bolt in my cell that i didnt know wasnt ss. the cell only had been running for about 15 min. total time!





ya might as well dial the right number if you go threw all the trouble of making a call!
thats just what i think...
