R2 = 1.2 amps
R3 = 0 amps

Ohms law:

E=IR  I=E/R  R=E/I   E is voltage.  I is current.  R is resistance.

Voltage is expressed in volts.

Current is expressed in amps.

Resistance is expressed in ohms.
