KONDUCT  I agree  we don't need to play  internet police  In the context you outline, nothing good and much BS can come of it    Ebay already has internet police its called feedback  works great     Its the ONLY reason there is an Ebay       Chet  PS don't let creeps keep you from sharing  we need all the Ideas we can get these days
