Here is my idea for a HHO fuel cell.  Basically the plates are seperated with square (cross section) rubber o-rings.  The water and electrolyte are kept inside the orings allowing no leakage current arround outer edges. Positive plates a on outer edges and two negative plates are in the middle seperated by a 1" thick peice of 4" high temp PVC.  A hole is cut in this peice of PVC to allow HHO to escape.  Remaining elecrolyte and water are held in a resivoir tank that connects via hose to the cells outer positive plates.  Pick it apart and let me know if you can think of a reason this design will not work.

Thanks

Thought I came up with something original.  Poo. My cell puts out 3-4 L/min on13.8V, 9 amps and never seems to get hot.  Do you see any way to improve the design?

Try with stainless mesh instead of Plates for the neutral ones, so you have more HHO and better draining.
