power amplified electricity, is this real?

Hi, i found yet another proffessionally built unit that its inventer claims it amplifies the input power by 6 times, and he states that the technology will become available shortly after March 2008 (which should be about now) so where is this device? is it real or just another money making scam, as he did say he needs investers!

for about 8 years or so now...

But what exactly is your point?
You seem to be saying that OU is impossible because there's so many conmen
and fakers out there that try to lure people with OU claims...
That's a bit like saying flying is impossible because there's so many stories
of flying carpets and broomsticks out there that don't make sense...
