If you look at the 6T Question video and the electrical and mechanical stimulation diagrams, you will see that electrical stimulation adds energy Es>Eo. For mechanical stimulation Es<Eo. Electrically stimulated torque comes from adding energy. Mechanically stimulated torque comes from reducing energy. We are producing TORQUE not Energy. Adding or removing energy is the byproduct. It is very much like anti gravity.

if you put in electric torqe you simply ad energy and dewice spin litle time untill friction and air presure stops it.

if you want perpetual motion you need way to colect energy from enwironment do something like implosion
or utilize earth magnetic charge.  and you need diference in energy potencials to form energy flow what bee conwerted into

A toy gyroscope:
Rev it up.


Start it with a vertical spin axis. let it go. It stays vertical.
Start it with a 10 degree tip. let it go. What happens? It tips some more and adds precession energy without changing the spin energy. Where's the precession energy come from?
Now Start it with 10 degrees and precession and rotate it to upright. Aren't you putting twice the energy?

sory but there no external energy... in gyroscope.  if you do tests and measure kinetic energy impulse put in the gyroscope
and energy used for it to stabilise you find taht there no anomaly.
