Hi Stefan, I speak italian fluently and this is a virtually exact translation of what he is saying:

"These are the two oscillators, this is the balancer that moves them at the same time. This part. This instead is the solenoid that provides the impulse. Thus the total energy is greater than the impulse energy. Because it is given by the impulse plus the inertial energy of the two oscillators out of phase.

Hmm,
it seems to oscillacte more forcefull after a while and does not slow down...
Probably the mechanics of the 2 oscillator system good synchronized somehow..
