Vortex generators plans?

I'm having a shop build some Vortex generators, and I need to know what dimensions are best. Fouind this Do It Yourself post on the net, but I think I remember seeing a better one. I may end up buying a set, did anyone here buy any of these? I see there's a mobil home down my street with Air Tabs on it, but they only get 4-6% increase, and you need them all around the back.
