vortices , angle of 45deg always

as l look to vortices
i see a common thing in vortices
that the lines from the side view are always going in 45 degrees

even if you do a drain vortex (spontanius rotation) it is rotating and the lines are at 45 degrees

how to analyzre it, maybe it is a relationship between [time] and [accelerated particle time] and so the position of time difference.
