Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

what is wrong with on demand under vaccume????

no storage ....   it can become dangorous when it is stored also you can make a split on demand cell...  with seprate gasses  that uses little current  just split the pos and the neg lol....  and see the results for your selves

also try to un ballance the + and the - in the plates you may be surprised ....

i am currently testing -+-+-   wow for a bang !!!!   lol   far more powerful gass...... 8)

why??   cuz im producing more hydgron than oxy.....

a simple way to tell the gass you are producing ...  small foamy bubbles not so powerful still burns but....  bigger more large bubbles far more explosive

to test this out flip the polarity...

you shall see!!

To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. The part L  however  by virtue of its self induction  offers a strong opposition to such a sudden discharge  wile the condenser on the other hand offers no such opposition ......TESLA..

THE !STORE IS UP AND RUNNING ...  WE ARE TAKEING ORDERS ..  NOW ..   ISTEAM.CA   AND WE CAN AND WILL BUILD CUSTOM COILS ...  OF   LARGER  OUTPUT ...

CAN YOU SAY GOOD BYE TO YESTERDAY?!?!?!?!

I think that is a great idea.  One thing you mentioned that is probably not workable is using an extra gasoline tank to store hydrogen.  Hydrogen is very light and so it must be compressed a great deal to have any decent amount of it.  That requires a very thick and heavy tank.  So you need to calculate having to carry the heavy tank against efficiency gains of hydrogen.  You will still come out ahead, but the added weight is a drawback.

a 15 gallon tank full of gasoline is going to weigh approx. 90 pounds minus the tank weight. the corresponding hydrogen tank is going to be about 60 gallons but only weigh around 34 pounds minus the tank. MOST H tanks are made of a composite, like carbon fiber... so you don't need to calculate having to carry a heavy tank against the efficiency gains of hydrogen. you will still come out ahead, way ahead. there is no "added weight" of any consequence.
There is no news. There's the truth of the signal. What I see. And, there's the puppet theater...

Instead of a hydrogen tank why not just have a water tank? With an on-board steam reformer the whole mess of hydrogen storage and distribution is solved. Steam reformers are the easiest way to introduce H2 fuel into the world marketplace.

Super God

Instead of messing with hydrogen, which is dangerous if not handled properly, why not explode water directly using a plasma spark?  Much easier and you can reuse the water as well.  s1r9a9m9 posted a video on his engine running on water directly, check it out!  Water CAN be made to run an engine.

where would the spark come from? How much energy is required to produce it? Would flashing the water into steam require less energy than is available through the expansion of that steam? That goes against the 2nd law of thermodynamics and so it seems kinda shaky.
