Jes i have seen near hundred  dozends pages in US URLs over carl chella , his construction, his car
his experiments, and the surpression to sell finish construchted sets.

He was musican and hobby car mechanic-man with hight knowledges in mechanic construction.
Also if the "scematics" look not professional.

thank you very much...........if i wasnt so broke,id start on it now.....guess ill just stick with the smack for now.......gained 9 mpg and climbing,but this cella setup looks very interesting.

i have googled,but most everything is the same plans.....i thought u might have had some older things printed or something.....i have to say,i havent really seen very many people sa y that it wouldnt work.thanks again
