After his video, I wouldn't be surprised if the oil Mafia already would taken care of him like they did with Meyer. Many people just don't get it, if you discover the technology, GO PUPLIC, to help the humanity and don't hold it back for your greed, or you will be vanish like the others. Ok here some question to ask:

How many H/O L per min his cell generate?
What technique he use to separate O/H?
Do he use some electronic to achieve this result? if yes what is the circuit?
Is car run from 100% from HHO? or its just a booster? If 100%, he most have changed something like air/gaz ratio, timing etc... what he have done?

Tell him to share his cell since his gouv will not help him and if he want to help the world he most do something!
Also take care to see if the car is really using oil, maybe that was a ruse and its just a booster.
