To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. The part L  however  by virtue of its self induction  offers a strong opposition to such a sudden discharge  wile the condenser on the other hand offers no such opposition ......TESLA..

ok fine

use a dc adaptor as a first charge supply the high selfinductance of the tranny will not allow the power to flow back after startup acts as a diode and a choke filter

this is on supply side  store the output in a cap or 2 and use the second to feed its self use the first for out put


all i can say is play around
