The info I picked up about galvanize was that it could flake off and get in the sys.

They use stainless steel in France.

Regarding the tees.  I haven't seen a pic of them but you might be able to use a standard 1x1x1 and use reducing bushings.

 I have made two of these and all the parts are kind of find it were you can. The reducing T is actually 1x1/2x1 reducing T. you will have to bore out the 1/2 in part so a 1/2 black pipe will slide into it. The rest of the aperatous is basic. the reactor rod will need to be about 1 foot long to start with, and cut to length per type of fuel used. You will need a compass to find the cutting point. Just run the compass along the rod after running the engine about thirty minutes, be carefull the rod will be super hot. the reactor has to be in a north south orientation when setting the rod. The exhaust exiting the south field. the exhaust coming from the north feild.

I have tried to run different fuels but it is very difficult to get it to run on let say diesel, It seems that you always have to add gasoline to get it to run. Water and gas mix only seems to burn the gas and leave the water behind.  I have had better success with water and gas mix with a three foot reactor tube and rod . It will actually get ice on the bubbler , and the engine even gets cold at the engine head. when you shut this down, or shut off the intake air it will keep running thru the exhaust into bubbler back to the engine. I don't know why it does this but sometimes it does. It can run as long as thirty minute doing this. and it runs very smooth and there is no control of the engine, it just takes off.
