Just to clarify what I mean by tapping the radiation (IMO this is what causes the electronics killing pulse not the sudden appearance of a couple hundred KV charged cylinder).

It is however speculative and seemingly no one has tried that I know of, unlike the rest of this it is speculation, so it should not be the focus at all.

Joseph's device has been replicated, at least one other time besides those mentioned on Rex Research.





More on the UV/glass issue, I don't know what about the coating on normal fluorescent tubes that Joe objected to, if it was UV or not, but it strikes me either way that a gap left between the cylinder and the plasma tube as shown in the patent diagrams may be a good idea. (I doubt if the effect can get through a metal cylinder and kill nearby electronics that it can't get through a coating unless the UV getting out completes the effect, in other words the effect may not be complete inside the tube and may need some interaction with the outside (or inside of the cylinder) to take place.

Having done contract work with with UVP of California I think its important to share an important aspect of UV lighting and why most fluorescent lamps have a phospher coating that converts UV to 'White' light. UV energy is a very high energy from a photonic perspective. It seriously reacts with the DNA chemistry initiating link breakage and separations that result in internal cell failure. This is what makes it a good product for killing living organisms in food. They simply mutate at the cellular level and die. From a human standpoint UV exposure will eventually lead to skin cancer as new cells no longer have the proper DNA code to reproduce. In certain types of tissue such as cartilage of the nose etc. UV can penetrate deeper.

In short, protect yourself from this frequency of light especially at the power levels present in fluorescent bulbs. Any mercury or arc lamp will produce UV. The LED variety of UV light I am not sure of. I have a small UV light with 3 LED's in it, and it seems as though combined they produce nearly the same light output as my old EPROM eraser lamp. So even there, I think caution is in order.

Very good point.

UVA will give you a tan, UVC is deadly.

But it can be safely encased in a cylinder, ok maybe holes (although at the high energy Hiddink used he didn't need no stinking holes) but UV around that.

Due to the name and other things I am going to semi reboot this subject with a new name.

BTW there is a tiny error in the 2 terminal charging.jpg image, the bottom right image shows a wire fragment that was part of a non connecting crossing in the patent but i only removed the top side of that wire.

So the AC feed on the left should not be connected to the metal cylinder.
