I found the easiest way to make a 15 point pie is to use MS Excel..  I'll work on adding the gates and rotor later..

gwhy! thinks it won't work because of repulsion at the entrance of the arrays, but I'm hoping that since only one end of the rotor is going through a gap at a time that the other magnet will push it through... also we can try and modify the entrance to the arrays.. I think overall it is a good design.

I not good enough with graphic to draw this.. the angle for the gates equilateral triangle is 60 degrees (30 degrees from the spoke line)... I want the inner part of the gates to touch each other.. also it has to be scaled so that the outer part of the gates aren't too far apart from the next gate, as gwhy! points out in his latest video that could create a problem... combine the last two graphics and you get the idea.
