Who knows whether Meyers notes or vehicles contain all of his conclusions...they could be just research done prior to his final prototype.

Due to a lack of action and public release of technical data by the Disclosure Project with the info they have received so far, I suspect Greer may very well be just a well placed foot dragger.

And we know those types are still being used to muddy the waters at every level of society.
