Dallas Goldbug style elecrolysizer.

I'm designing HHO generator with the stainless steel cups like dallas goldbug did.  Im making sure he has credit cuz its an amazing system and way cheap. i've spent 18 dollars so far. (tho i need to pay for electronics next probably )
Anyways if people wanna help with small things i'm gonna try to keep you posted on my progress. Its slow cuz i don't have time to work, and i need to buy new drill bits and use someone's drill press cuz my normal drill kinda epicly failed.  Any recommendations would be cool from anyone who has done this before.

I think it would be cooler to make one then buy one, and I plan on first making a HHO torch for kicks and giggles, then im going to put it in a cheap piece of crap car ima buy to test it out.

You MUST use cobalt drill bits, or better even. I bought some cups from dallas goldbug predrilled. Worst job of drilling I have ever seen. 1/3 of the cups weren't even drilled in the right spot, so I had to chuck them. 1/2 of the rest weren't even really drilled, almost looked like he punched a hole through with a rusty drill bit. Horrible job.

Plus his cups aren't 316 SS. I have some medical grade cups on the way, made out of 316 German stainless steel.

thanks for your reply.  a lot of people who bought them predrilled said they sucked. no offense to him, but if hes gonna sell them he should do a good job. How much are those cups running you up? are they cheap or what.  I did notice that the walmart cups aren't magnetic, but that doesnt nessicariy mean they're 316.  Tell me how the medical cups go for ya

hey i found some carbide drill bits at home depot they're kinda pricey, but they're worth it from what i've heard

Your link is for "cobalt" bits, not "carbide". Those look OK, unless you need a bigger size than 3/8"
I had to purchase a 1/2" cobalt bit for the design I am using.

I also received those SS medical cups today, I will post pictures later. They are pretty small, but still should work.
