They mentioned the Treaty of Anchara.  Which I looked up on the net and found this...

So, apparently (something I kind of knew already) the Forces of Darkness are under Heavens Command also.  So it tis true that "All things work together for good".  Satan, Lucifer, the Annunaki, the Anchara Alliance are all under the direction of Heaven as well.  If you think about this it does make logical sense.  How do you get people to learn when they are too lazy to lift a finger?  Send evil forces to kill them.  An exceptional motivator.  The Annunaki and the Anchara Alliance suddenly waffled in 1995 (I had previously heard 1998), does that seem logical for a force bent on domination of the universe?  No, unless they were on the good side all along just pretending to be evil.  Deep down they knew that they couldn't hurt our spirits by killing our bodies.  So the "too lazy to learn" men were motivated by the cycles of reincarnation to learn, as quickly as they could, the rules of the universe and began to evolve and improve the conditions on Earth.  This is a pretty serious learning curve were on.  But now we are approaching the end of our physical learning curve and are fixing to embark on a spiritual learning curve with the ascension.  Just one little detail left, the remaining physical Forces of Darkness which remain on the physical plane.  They are the "hell bent for world domination" Elitist NWO Illuminati who don't realize that the Annunaki were actually just playing evil and are still focused on mankind succumbing to their domination.  The Annunaki must have programmed them really well, because they are deadlocked into their endeavor.  This is the main focus of the Forces of Light at this time.  The Elitist NWO Illuminati need to realize that they are GOD's children also and that it is time to give up the fight.  That will be a hard sell.  Of course these guys are the product of millenia of mind control and rigid programming under the Annunaki, so they are having a hard time realizing that they are us, we are them.  Just one big happy galactic family which are programmed in diametrically opposite ways.  The best thing that you can do for these guys is to pray for them and send them light and love...
