Jeanna, are familiar with the concept of vertical time?  Advanced humans supposedly can traverse vertical time and teleport themselves anywhere and anytime in the physical universe at will.  I would be like you are Dr. Who and could go anywhere in space time, except that you would not need the TARDIS.

I did watch Dr. Who in the 70's when I lived in Boston. Maybe that is what started me thinking about time travel. Vertical time is still a bunch of words. I will tell a little of my experience.

Several times ( ) I have gone back or forward in time. I think I consciously made 3 trips and the 2 to the past I changed how I reacted to some stuff. The one into the future produced my old avatar. (Funny, I mention it just 2 days after I change it.)

The thing about time travel or at least switching timelines, is that I am the only one who can see both of them.

There is no sense in trying to prove it because I am the only person who has lived on BOTH of them. My friends believe me, but they only remember one line. It is funny.

I would also like to point out that we are all time travelers. We travel at one second each second so we don't notice. This concept makes the whole idea more approachable, somehow.

I was doing a daily practice that took me to my weaver friend's house. I was planning to teleport myself there, (no, not yet). It was in this process that I realized that I was accurately remote viewing her place, and I spontaneously decided to go forward 4 months and I ended up on that brick wall. 4 months later, I took the picture.

It takes concentrated focus, but it isn't scary. Or at least, I wasn't scared. I was just there looking around.

I think the vertical time words concept is the explanation physics gives, but it isn't really vertical either. It is another axis. we can't draw it.

A piece of woven fabric is a solid representation of 4D. It is not possible to draw the weave structure on a piece of paper, so weavers draw 2D's then compress those 2 into 1 then using that 1, they make 2 more.

So, in a funny way the fabric of space time has some real meaning. But to live in it, is different. It feels normal, except you remember 2 normal sets of the story.

It's hard to explain.
