Gotta love those Sirians!  Yeah, I have been feeling less than optimum the past two days.  Sunday I was full of energy, then Monday I took half a sick day, and have been dragging ever since.  Maybe it is just the drudgery of having to go to work for the man and pay taxes...

My guess is that we don't even have a fraction of a clue about what all the factors are. Even in physics, most is only an approximation and simplification of what we assume reality is. It's just too complex, so we use models we can grasp, and we leave off the parts in equations that we assume contribute too little to have an observable effect. But maybe many of these insignificant parts can add up in certain (rare) occasions that they could change an outcome significantly. Maybe such a factor could be just "looking" (figuratively). [While this is acknowledged in quantum physics it usually stops when "looking" is for example taken as "focus of consciousness" or when things get a little larger than atoms, because it is outside of our axiomatic definition of what "scientific" is.]

Well, yes I guess is the official answer but no not in the way you would expect.  In this thread on page 2 reply #49 I explained how this year began with very strange occurrences.  Then in this thread reply #366 I stated that I was in contact with the Galactic Federation through my higher self.  It doesn't happen like a conversation, at least with my physical (3rd density) body.  They, uh, talk through me?  When I write responses concerning the Galactic Federation the information flows from my higher self who is in contact with them.  I physically type the words and understand the diction and grammar of what I am typing, but I have to go back and reread what I typed to understand what it is saying, if that makes any sense.  I can communicate with my higher self just fine, but there is an impasse between my physical self and the members of the Galactic Federation which my higher self has to make up for.  This could be a language barrier where my higher self is interpreting.  If you go reread this entire thread I think that you can tell where I am physically relating to the forum, and where my higher self is bringing information from the Galactic Federation.  You were there when this first started Resonanceman.  You have been in this thread from the beginning.  You should be able to see the difference.

I didn't  get  around to  answering this  before.     ( the  red part )

When I am  focusing on  what I am picking up  from my  higher self  I  am not in  analytical mode.
If I stop to question it  I usually loose the  connection .
I am  focused in the now  when I am recieving.
I  just try to  find the best  words I can to explain  the  feel  of the  message.

I can tell you that  the message was not about what you may or may not have already received .
My feeling  is that it was directly related to  when you saw the UFOs.
If you see them again .............make sure you are listening .
