This is not the way to go though, the way I'm reading it. As I understand it, they have no interest in a take-over using weapons or to destroy resources (which, at least initially, would include humanity). Increase of personal awareness, independence (independent thinking, also independent from government and religion) and getting an own feeling for what is (one's own) truth seems to be the key. As well as using (your) spirituality (without the religion's controls and limitations). Basically working towards being a sovereign being. So I feel that several of the channelings that go for self-empowerment are right on.

Yeah, talk about Star Trek. Remember the telepaths of Babylon 5?
